play therapy

Play Therapy is a form of therapy predominantly useful for children between the ages of three and 12. It is used by all types of mental health experts.

Play Therapy is a form of therapy that we use to help children to express themselves, to open up, communicate and HEAL.

Play Therapy has been proven to help children to develop coping mechanisms for traumas they may have suffered. It also increases self-esteem and self-awareness and social skills. Play Therapy can also help children learn to alleviate anxiety on their own while also improving relationships among family and friends.
